At Majed Transport, we strive to provide a luxurious and comfortable experience for our customers, and therefore we establish this policy to ensure clarity and fairness in all booking, cancellation, or modification operations.
First: Policy Scope
This policy applies to all services provided by Majed Transport & Logistics, whether booking is made through the website, phone, or any other approved means of communication.
Second: Cancellation Policy Before Trip Date
The customer can cancel or modify the reservation for free 3 days (72 hours) before the trip date without any fees.
In case of cancellation within less than 3 days of the scheduled date, we reserve the right to deduct 30% of the service value to cover operational costs.
In case the customer does not attend at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, the full service value will be charged.
Third: Financial Refund
Refundable amounts are returned within 5-10 working days through the same payment method used during booking.
Any banking or transfer fees, if present, will be deducted.
The amount will not be refunded if the service has been successfully executed.
Fourth: Modification or Replacement
Trip time or vehicle type can be modified 3 days in advance for free, subject to vehicle availability in the fleet.
If the requested vehicle is not available after modification, a similar alternative or free upgrade will be provided according to the company's policy.
After service execution has begun, the reservation cannot be modified or replaced.
Fifth: Special Cases
In case of delay or malfunction from the company's side, the customer has the right to a full refund or free service rescheduling.
Each case is handled with transparency and flexibility to ensure customer satisfaction.
